Not very clean, we had dirty feet after walking barefoot, there were ants in the living room and the sink in the kitchen was leaking water on the floor.

Good

The big advantage of this place is its location. A number of landmarks can be reached just by walking and public transport is easily accessible from the hotel. Our apartment was on the sixth floor so even if partygoers and bars were busy at night, we weren't bothered by the noise. Breakfast was varied, and the breakfast personnel were accommodating. They worked hard and quickly replenished whatever was missing. Online communication was also efficient. All my messages/inquiries were answered even before we arrived.

We paid the hotel 40€ per night for a parking garage, which was not theirs (multiplied by 4 nights). Actually, there was a possibility to reserve the same parking place online for a much lesser amount, but the website indicated no places available when in fact there were a number of available places. It seems to me that the hotel and possibly other establishments in the area booked the entire parking space and billed clients a much higher price. The apartment needs renovation, and some furnitures need upgrading/fixing.

Remarkable location with spacious accommodations for a group of six

The location of this apartment is amazing. We love Gozsdu Court in Budapest because of its numerous restaurants and bars. The apartment has three bedrooms and is quite spacious. One bedroom serves as a shared living space, while the other two bedrooms are smaller and separate. In addition to the double bed, there is a large sofa in the shared living space. The bathroom is separate from the toilet, which is great for accommodating six people. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, and flat iron available for use. There are two sets of windows, which helps to minimize noise, especially in busy and noisy areas. We also appreciate the full, dark curtains that cover the entire wall from top to bottom. Although cleaning was scheduled every other day during our two-night stay, the staff kindly asked us on the second day if we required any additional cleaning or assistance. This was a thoughtful gesture. Breakfast is decent. The spa was renovated during our stay, which was one of the reasons we booked this accommodation in the first place, unfortunately.

The AC in the main living area (the largest bedroom) is not functioning properly. It is turned on, but it is not producing any cold air on any program or setting. Two other rooms do not have AC, but we were provided with two fans, which were sufficient since the temperature was not very high during our stay in August. Our main concern is that the bathroom has no drainage. This, combined with the glass screen of the bath not touching the tub, results in a significant amount of water on the floor if one is not careful while showering. The hair dryer is also weak, as it is an older hotel model mounted on the wall and it overheats multiple times when trying to dry longer hair.

Enjoyable few days with friends ideal location for a few beers and a late night.

Location great and accomodation good, ideal for a few days in the bars and restaurants. Also suitable for visiting all local attraction's but evenings can be noisey as a party area.

Very Good

Apartment was nice and clean. Though it's above busy party street, it was quiet and we could have good sleep. It's in the core of Pest and close by metro, tram, pubs and bars. Gozsdu court itself has huge restaurants (though don't have good Google reviews). There is life day and night. Friday there is market in the street. Good breakfast and good staff.

Swimming pool was non operational which disappointed our kids. We booked the apart hotel for these reasons and as it was close to city center.

A sign that says Reception 1st floor would be better. No sign, did not really know where we should go to check in. Houskeeping rang the doorbell at 9 in the morning (we arrived 3 in the morning) he rang twice. Would be better to come later, or the day after.

Good location, affordable price

1. The location is excellent, in the middle of city centre, there's metro just 5 minutes away from the hotel. 2. Even tough we were in the middle of bars and restaurants there was only a tiny fraction of a sounds reaching our bedroom, almost insignificant. 3. There was everything we needed, iron for clothes, complete kitchen and one toilet and one bathroom separately which is really good. 4. The receptionists are well English-speaking. 5. The Hotel have lift 6. The breakfast had options of cold and hot meals. 7. Decent Wi-Fi

1. The curtains don't reach until the ends, so there's some light coming through early in the mourning. 2. No options for gluten free breads or lactose free milk. 3. The hotel is a bit trick to find it, because is inside of a complex of restaurants. 4. The reception and the breakfast area need restauration (building is really old)

Apartment in the heart of Budapest

The property is located in mid town, Pest side close to the entertainment quarter. If someone wants to go out that is a perfect location.

The doors of the property were old fashioned and might need some esthetic repairs.
